To support global industrial demands, Primustron operates multiple production bases in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. Our total facility area spans 28,000 sqm, including a 10,000 sqm certified Class 10,000 cleanroom. This ensures an ultra-clean environment for sensitive medical and automotive electronics. We also maintain dedicated RoHS workshops and specialized lines for small-batch pilot production, providing agility for both startups and Fortune 500 enterprises.

World-Class Hardware and High-Speed Production
Equipped with international-standard hardware, we operate 15 high-speed SMT lines powered by YAMAHA mounters and ERSA nitrogen reflow ovens. We achieve placement speeds up to 236,000 CPH per line. To ensure zero-defect quality, we utilize advanced inspection systems, including 3D In-line SPI, 3D AOI, and high-resolution X-ray for complex BGA and fine-pitch verification. Our hardware strength ensures absolute stability for the most intricate multilayer designs.

Proprietary Digital Management and Full Traceability
Primustron is a leader in digital manufacturing. We utilize a proprietary data management platform integrating custom MES and ERP systems. This allows full-chain, dynamic digital management of the entire production lifecycle. For our partners, this ensures 100% component and process traceability, real-time visibility via data dashboards, and optimized resource allocation. This digital backbone enhances the transparency required in high-stakes sectors such as healthcare and automotive.

Comprehensive Engineering and Custom Tooling
We stand out through profound engineering capabilities. Our experienced FCT (Functional Circuit Test) team is proficient in developing proprietary test fixtures. To date, we have created over 3,000 custom fixtures for PCBA and full Box Build systems, ensuring 100% compliance with electrical performance standards. Our support begins at the NPI stage, providing expert DFX (DFM, DFA, DFT) reviews and BOM optimization to help clients reduce costs and improve manufacturing yields.
